Centering on an old-mine cut diamond stated to weigh 6.45 carats, flanked by geometrical ruby motifs, outlined by circular-cut diamonds, in a fluted taper mount in 18k yellow gold. Unsigned, with French assay mark and partially indistincted maker's mark, circa 1943. Accompanied by Suzanne Belperron certificate of authenticity. French ring size 60.
