3.95ct Sri Lankan Unheated Sapphire and Diamond Ring in Platinum, circa 1950/60

Centring an oval sapphire weighing approx. 3.95 carats, within a circular-cut diamond frame, to the shoulder decorated with scales, partially set with diamonds, mounted in platinum. With French assay mark for platinum. French ring size 50. Accompaned by GRS report no. GRS2025-088171, dated 7 August 2025, stating that the sapphire weighing 3.95 carats is of Sri Lankan origin, with no indication of thermal treatment, vivid blue (GRS-type "royal blue") colour.
