The timepiece and the barometer dials with white enamel bezels set within an engine-turned silver surround overlaid with translucent green and purple enamel. Designed to be placed on the automobile's dashboard, this clock-barometer was one of a series of six made the same year. It is the only one of the series to have the green and purple combination. The timepiece and the barometer both signed Cartier, numbered 2028 and 1238, circa 1907. Dimensions: 145 x 82 x 20 mm. Literature: Cf: Olivier Bachet and Alain Cartier, Cartier Objets d'Exception Vol II, 2019, p.159, for an illustration of this piece.
