Cartier Art Deco Amethyst, Ruby and Enamel Perfume Bottle in 18K Yellow Gold, circa 1928

The amethyst perfume bottle carved as a corn with cicada, spider and worm, to the stopper set with carved ruby decorated with green enamel, the base decorated with sugarloaf rubies and enamel, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold. Unsigned, with French maker's mark, circa 1928. Accompanied by Cartier Certificate of Authenticity no. GE2007-114, dated 29 May 2007, stating that the item illustrated and described is a genuine Cartier item. Dimensions: 95mm x 28mm. Weight: 125 gr.
